The picture below is of the Companion Agent itself (Windows version). It accepts a Syslist username and password (which is validated by the program itself), the address of the Syslist installation (either our hosted service, or a local address in your intranet), and scheduling options. Full detection and update of a PCs hardware and software requires just a few seconds at most. After initial installation, the Companion Agent runs automatically and invisibly to the user. It can only be uninstalled by users with the appropriate administrative privileges.
The next picture is of the Remote Installer. It detects all the Windows PCs (NT - XP) in a properly configured domain and distributes / installs the Companion Agent to those PCs. You may check or uncheck individual PCs or groups of PCs in the list, to fine tune the Remote Installer's activity. The Remote Installer accepts the same install parameters as the Companion Agent itself.
