Syslist Service Policy  
 
Our service policies are as follows:

  • Free Account holders: free accounts will be deleted after four months of inactivitiy. Users that attempt to circumvent the maximum system limitation of free accounts by creating additional accounts under a different username will be banned from using Syslist, if detected.
  • Premium Account holders: If your credit card is declined during any billing cycle, we will promptly notify you via email and ask that you update your billing information. If you fail to update your information to a working credit card within 25 days of receiving that email, we will deactivate your account. Deactivated accounts will be deleted after six months of inactivity.
  • Akratic Technologies (the owner and operator of Syslist) relies on standard SSL encryption to protect your login data from hackers. In addition, we encrypt sensitive information (such as your credit card number and password) in our database. Finally, whenever changes are made to your account information (for example, your password), we email a notice to the email address on record. This is the extent of what we can do to protect your data; it is up to you to do the rest. For example; don't use easy-to-guess passwords. Don't put your password on a sticky-note on your monitor. Etc. Akratic Technologies does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damages relating to the theft of your data, in the event that all our safeguards fail.
  • Regular backups of Syslist's data are performed by our host, Liquidweb.com.
  • Akratic Technologies does not accept responsibility for damages relating to the data you store within Syslist. This applies to all accounts; free and premium.
  • Technical support is provided in English. We will attempt to respond to technical support requests in other languages, though our response time will likely be much slower.
  • If you are dissatisfied with Syslist for any reason, you may request a full refund within your first 30 days of purchase. Subscribers to the Syslist hosted service or support plan may also request a refund within 30 days of renewal.
